The group started work in early 2020, building on the ideas from the community workshop in August 2019.
Early steps included an informal recce of the building in the company of local experts and architects who helped understand the opportunities the building offers, and possible areas of work to get it back into some kind of use. No real showstoppers were identified.
The next stage was to have been consultation with the community, on-line and in person but lockdown prevented that.
